If I were a hash brown, I'd have it made...

First of all, please excuse the freakin' lousy ass grammar and punctuation in yesterday's post. And also, this post. Candyland does not do well on little sleep and after yesterday's insane in the membrane trip, I'm all kinds of crazy.

A few of you may already know about my little secret, because I did nothing short of shouting it from the rooftops all over the web last night. I'm now going to attempt to humor you with my mad suspense skills.
*Annnnndddd scene*

The phone rings. I throw my eyes to the blinking screen and see his name. My heart thrashes against my chest as I grab for the shiny, metal sides but the sweat thickening my palm sends the phone flying into the air. I manage to pull it from the floor and direct a gentle stream of air over the dust. I pull a breath, close my eyes and press the phone to my ear.

"Brady?" I ask.

*End Scene*
TO BE CONTINUED...

So, friends, there's obvs  a HELLUVA lot more to the story but I'm going to make you work for it. First, a speedy six-question interview with New Medicine's Matt Brady. (And you're probably wondering how I went from phone call to interview...mmm hmm...I'm sneaky)...
Until tomorrow, friends, if you want me to fill you in on my super secret concert experience, can you tell me something ( a paragraph or sentence) that makes me BEG for more?

I liked your interview. I have 0 concert experiences! I did once hang out for a week with some famous band singer and his pregnant girlfriend in Cayman Brac. I can't remember his name or the band but at the time I didn't know him either LOL, that is why we ended up being friends for the week! Very funny, I still can't think of his name..if I do, I'll come back and let you know, but his partner is on American Idol now as a judge...does that help!
Have a great day!

Awe, I LOVED the way he said 'candyland'. A real 'awe shucks' moment. Something that makes you beg for more? Uh...nope. I got nothin. My creativity has been sapped from watching last nights 90210 and gossip girl episodes on streaming. Takes my brain a good couple hours to function at normal levels after that.

Ack! There's no sound on the video. There's a little red x by the volume control, and I can't make it go away. :(

Totally sneaky! But I can't make you beg for more. Not today. I'm WAY too grumpy from sick kidlets.

I'm so excited for you, Candace! Can't wait to hear more! Love the interview, especially the last question!! He's adorable!
My sneakiest concert experience was I got to meet Nikki Sixx of the Crue (he was playing in a side band, Brides of Destruction) because I told the security person I was going to name my baby after him (I was five months pregnant). Which was sort of true since at the time we were between Nicholas (Nicky) and Jack. But we chose Jack in the end :)

He is looking totally hot with the scruff. Next time could you maybe get him to take his t-shirt off. I don't care what the temperature is. I just like looking at his tats. That is my story and I am sticking to it.

I'm in awe of your sneakiness!
My sneaky concert experience... Uh. Aerosmith and Skid Row, way back. Desperately wanted to meet the band (Skid Row for sentimental reasons...)without selling my, uh, soul. So there's me, bad ass jeans and all, climbing a barbed wire fence. Lead singer Sebastian Bach ended up treating my gaping wound with his whiskey bottle. I still have the scar...

Dude! You're killing us with this suspense thing - you're too good at it!

Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, warm and soft, fresh from the oven - they burn your palm but smell so wonderful you don't even care. The chocolate, still soft, pools in your mouth and then blends with the pumpkiny cookie. You want another one? BEG! :-)
