This is what...

A headache looks like.

I have to work, breathe and tend to my child. But other than that, friends, this post is all you get until tomorrow. I'm sure you're SO disappointed. I know I would be. Who doesn't want to read my useless crap every day? Wait...who doesn't not want to read my...wait...who does want to not read my...uhh...yeah, time for a break.

Until tomorrow, tell me, what are your best headache remedies? Meds? Ice? Rest? Laughter?

Rest as much as you can, and down whatever drugs the docs will allow. *hugs*

I don't get headaches unless I'm hungover, which happens a lot. Then I drink lots of water, take some pills, and go back to bed.

Hydration sometimes helps headaches. And New Meds. ;)

I'm with Kelly New Meds fixes anything ;)

As for my headaches I like a dark room, a blanket, hot soup, and complete silence. Then again the only time I have a headache worse than the daily one is a migraine and they're rough.

I am a firm believer that laughter cures all, or at least helps you get through it:-)

Coffee helps my headaches. And if that doesn't work, Advil. :)Hope you feel better!

My best headache remedy is a head, face, and neck massage. Works almost every time!

Headaches for me mean: a hot shower, a hot compress, or sometime in the hot tub (during the season when it's open.) Meds rarely help and ice -- YIKES! The very thought is painful!

But my headaches are usually sinus related, so that's why heat and steam help. I hear that migraines are different.

Oh I know the feeling!! It sucks. I use Excedrin migraine; my neuro says the only difference is the caffeine, but whatever works. Have you looked into food triggered events? I am scratching the surface to see if an adjustment of diet will help.

Rest in a dark room...feet up. Drink plenty of water. Sometimes a good soak in the tub works too.

Hope you feel better soon. I usually take lots of Advil, drink lots of coffee, and go to work. I never get sick when I can take off.
